This site has to operate slightly differently to the books in that there will be no fighting of monsters unless a specific weapon is required to kill them, then a password will be required. Passwords will often take the form of inscriptions on objects so it is a good idea to have a pen and paper handy when playing, these passwords will be part of an internet address and so will have to be typed into your browser. The cunning, and may be the not so cunning, among you will have realised that you can save your progress simply by remembering your site address that you were last on. Passwords are the key to this game, they will be required to solve many of the puzzles. One final note, please don't cheat by backtracking using your browser, it defeats the object of the game.
